David Ramthun, President

David functions as Strategist, Information Architect, Project and Program Manager for many organizations utilizing the practices of the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and deep exposure and understanding of technology concepts and disciplines.

David has authored many articles and white papers and has given keynotes and public seminars.  His teams’ implementations from both IT and consultant positions have achieved high regard for their technical mastery and ability to understand the requirements of the client. David is a former messaging and collaboration engineer as well as IT management and holds an MBA in Project Management.

David has overcome numerous complex technical issues and has hands-on experience with numerous leading development, process and collaboration tools.  His breadth of experience with information management product sets include internal product development (source code), IT development, management, analyst and consulting roles.

David has been involved in information management his entire career.  David takes personal responsibility for all engagements and will only take on projects where he can assure client success.  He knows what good work is, having built numerous end client successes, ranging from small and medium sized companies to numerous companies in the Fortune 500.  His unparallelled exposure to the market infuses ideas into client programs.

David is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and continues to teach a variety of IT Professional level courses.  David and his team focus primarily on the technology areas of messaging (e-mail, instant messaging, security, archiving), collaboration(dashboards, portals, unified communications), and voice over IP technologies.  This includes Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino, Microsoft Sharepoint, and many other related vendor solutions.
